Ireland operates a Pre-Registration Examination System, and publishes a list of higher qualifications that exempt a candidate from it. The Medical Council’s registration pages disallow automated retrieval, so nothing on this page has been read off them yet — the links above are recorded and the fields stay empty until someone reads the guidance and fills them in.
That is the point of the empty state. A page that looks complete but was never checked is worse than one that says so.
